FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Bosco's focus is the space of Leadership Development, Change Management, Sustainability & Flourishing Organizations and Coaching. His goal is to catalyse the vertical development of leaders in a deliberate and sustainable manner, through initiatives that integrate inner and outer life, bring about positive change, and elevate how they think and work.

Bosco established Conscious Development 9 years ago with a purpose to build connection and collaboration amongst individuals to bridge the gap between who they are and who they can be. He uses Positive Psychology and a Strengths-based lens to build programs that help build mind-sets capable of embracing change - these include Cognitive Flexibility, Persuasive Leadership Decisions & Leveraging Polarities, Executive Presence and Leader as Coach. He is retained by organizations to provide transition coaching for senior leadership.

Bosco's journey spans 25+ years of leadership experience in Strategy, Marketing, Implementation, Training and Coaching across Financial Services, Education, Media & Communication and Retail sectors. His roles involved leading business units for organizations that were scaling-up or re-casting strategy. His experience enables him to bring strong business orientation to people development and allows him to challenge beliefs while holding empathy and create trusting relationships while maintaining accountability.

Bosco holds a Master’s degree in Positive Organization Development & Change from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (USA), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics and a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing. He is an ICF-accredited Coach and has studied Science of Coaching Psychology from Harvard University and Design Thinking from MIT Sloan. He is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and is an Advanced Practitioner of the Polarity Approach for Continuity & Transformation. Bosco designs and facilitates skill enhancement programs for Coaches and Organization Development (OD) practitioners to integrate new approaches with their practice, and teaches at the Executive OD Program at the Centre for Social & Organizational Leadership (C SOL), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
