OUR ENGAGEMENT MODEL

SPARC is a conscious model, based on the organic rhythm of human evolution.

The model is based on Positive Psychology and Indian Psychology and draws from Neuro Science, Gestalt Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry.

It is focused on creating congruence in the human system at the individual and collective level to facilitate the shift to living consciously.

The objective of the model is to raise consciousness and accelerate well-being and peace.

SPARC can be initiated at any element and will organically cover all 5 elements of the model.
