Bosco established Conscious Development™ with a singular purpose: enable individuals to bridge the gap between who they are and who they can be.
Since then, he has been an Advisor and Strategic Partner to senior leadership across the USA, India and Singapore in domains such as Leadership Capital Development, Change Agility, Diversity and Culture. His focus is to catalyse the vertical development of leaders through initiatives that integrate inner and outer life, connect them to their potential, and elevate how they think and work.
Bosco uses Positive Psychology and a Strengths-based lens to create programs and practices that support leaders in building an adaptable and anti-fragile mindset. Programs include Cognitive Flexibility, Strategic Leadership & Leveraging Polarities, Power Intelligence, Executive Presence, Innovation Mindset, Applied Design Thinking and Leader as Coach. He is also retained by organizations to Coach senior leadership.

Bosco’s journey spans 30 years of leadership experience in Marketing, Business Strategy, Program Design, Training and Transition Coaching. He has held leadership positions in Financial Services, Education, Media & Communication and Retail sectors. His experience enables him to bring strong business orientation to people development.
Bosco holds a Master’s degree in Positive Organization Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University (USA), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics and a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing. He has studied Science of Coaching Psychology at Harvard University and holds Coaching accreditation from International Coach Federation (ICF) with over 5000 hours of coaching. He is certified in Design Thinking from MIT Sloan, Appreciative Inquiry from Case Western Reserve University and holds Advanced Practitioner Certification in the Polarity Approach for Continuity & TransformationTM. At present, Bosco is pursuing a PHd in Applied Leadership.
Bosco supplements his professional commitments with his passion – Teaching. He serves as visiting faculty, teaching Cognitive Flexibility, Dealing with Paradox, and Applied Design Thinking, at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Schulich School of Business, and Marketing at SP Jain School of Global Management. Bosco partners Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in their leadership initiatives and designs upskilling programs for practicing Coaches and Organization Development (OD) practitioners, enabling them to integrate new approaches with their practice.
