Bosco's focus is the space of Leadership Development, Change Management, Sustainability & Flourishing Organizations and Coaching. His goal is to catalyse the vertical development of leaders in a deliberate and sustainable manner, through initiatives that integrate inner and outer life, bring about positive change, and elevate how they think and work.
Bosco established Conscious Development 9 years ago with a purpose to build connection and collaboration amongst individuals to bridge the gap between who they are and who they can be. He uses Positive Psychology and a Strengths-based lens to build programs that help build mind-sets capable of embracing change - these include Cognitive Flexibility, Persuasive Leadership Decisions & Leveraging Polarities, Executive Presence and Leader as Coach. He is retained by organizations to provide transition coaching for senior leadership.
Bosco's journey spans 25+ years of leadership experience in Strategy, Marketing, Implementation, Training and Coaching across Financial Services, Education, Media & Communication and Retail sectors. His roles involved leading business units for organizations that were scaling-up or re-casting strategy. His experience enables him to bring strong business orientation to people development and allows him to challenge beliefs while holding empathy and create trusting relationships while maintaining accountability.
Bosco holds a Master’s degree in Positive Organization Development & Change from Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (USA), a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Statistics and a Diploma in Advertising & Marketing. He is an ICF-accredited Coach and has studied Science of Coaching Psychology from Harvard University and Design Thinking from MIT Sloan. He is certified in Appreciative Inquiry and is an Advanced Practitioner of the Polarity Approach for Continuity & Transformation. Bosco designs and facilitates skill enhancement programs for Coaches and Organization Development (OD) practitioners to integrate new approaches with their practice, and teaches at the Executive OD Program at the Centre for Social & Organizational Leadership (C SOL), Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).
Sudipta comes with 25+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial exposure, designing content and facilitating programs in Creative Thinking, Emotional Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion and Mindful Storytelling. She is an accomplished marketeer and organizer, and has also consulted with NGOs, developed curricula and trained their personnel in areas such as Social Values and Environmental Awareness.
She is passionate about working with young adults and children, having conceptualized events, produced content for television programming and conducted workshops in educational institutions all over India. She co-founded The Ideas Box and Biscotti Media – both of which created digital and television properties, education and training modules and outreach programs for corporates and television channels.
Sudipta is particularly interested in developing Storytelling as a medium for change. She works with organizations across sectors and geographies, helping them to harvest stories as a means of transforming organizational culture.
Cliff brings over 22 years of experience in organization development, leadership coaching, and training to his role of Vice President, Mastery and Coaching Programs at Polarity Partnerships, USA. He conducts training in Polarity Coaching for the Advanced Coaching Certificate Program
at the Mason Center for the Advancement of Well Being, Washington DC, and Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Ohio. He is also on the faculty of the American University’s Masters in Organization Development program. He has experience leading system-wide change processes and leadership development initiatives a variety of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Polarity Partnerships, Cliff was President and Founder of Xperience, LLC, a boutique Organization Development, Coaching, and Training firm run by his sister, Lori Mishos.
Cliff’s experience also includes positions as VP of Organization Development and Training for the National Cooperative Bank, Senior Organization Development Consultant for The Washington Post Newspaper, and Corporate Manager of Human Resources, Training and Web Development for The Washington Post Company.
Cliff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University, and Master’s degrees in both Organization Development and Human Resources from American University. He is certified in a variety of individual, team and organizational assessments. Cliff serves as Dean for the 2-year Mastery in Polarity Thinking program. He conducts polarity-focused trainings: Foundations and Advanced PACT (Polarity Approach for Continuity and Transformation) from Kayser Ridge - his retreat center in Berkeley Springs, Virginia. Cliff lives in Washington, DC where he runs, rides, swims, studies eastern philosophy, and regularly practices Tai Chi/yoga.
MARGOT ESTHER BORDEN
Margot has a unique perception of human nature and consciousness that brings new meaning and depth to individuals and organizations. Over 30 years of research and practice in Integral Psychology, Margot has observed that above and beyond all human drives is the drive for evolving toward living in harmony with our Essence or inner self. This quest is expressed according to each individual’s nature and evolution. When fulfilled, it leads to a greater sense of meaning and congruence in our lives and livelihoods, resulting in a greater vision, understanding and corresponding way of being in the world and the workplace.
Margot works with organizations to re-vision and transform every level of the developmental process from the ground up providing her clients with new concepts, methodologies, strategies and people skills that respond to and nourish our deep, underlying need and desire for evolution. She applies her unique vision and skill set to coaching, consulting, teaching, seminar facilitation, public speaking and psychotherapy practice.
Margot began her professional practice as a psychotherapist in 1985. Since that time she has trained in extensive Humanistic and Transpersonal techniques and gained her Master of Arts in Humanistic Counseling at University of Durham, UK in 1997. For over 30 years, Margot has been dedicated to personal and professional exploration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of human consciousness. Her search has involved both research and experience of many psychological and spiritual traditions, experiential therapies, coaching techniques as well as Eastern meditation and yoga.
Margot has a rich multicultural perspective. Originally from the USA, she has lived and worked for extended periods in the USA, Europe and India, where she currently resides. Her client base extends to over 15 countries. She speaks fluent French and has a working knowledge of Italian and Hindi.
Jenn has over 20 years of professional experience including 13 years of engineering research and management. Her passion is helping clients to build solid relationship and communication skills to complement their technical skills. How we are being, is equally important to what we do and what we know.
Jenn has trained with national and international leaders in the field of Equine Facilitated Coaching and offers these innovative coaching and training services to individuals and organizations – as well as traditional one-to-one and group coaching. In addition to multiple certifications in Equine Facilitated Coaching, Jen is also a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified by the International Coach Federation.
With professional experience in engineering, a B.S. in Materials Science, and a M.Engr. in Engineering Mechanics & Composite Materials from Cornell University – Jenn is ideally positioned to offer coaching to clients working in complex environments who are looking for ways to optimize their team’s skills, build leadership talent, develop a culture of innovation, and learn to listen, hear and speak with clarity.
Jenn combines her technical expertise and coaching experience with a love of nature and animals – two main sources of inspiration for life and learning.
Satyashiv D’mello leads Culture and Diversity at Conscious Development & is the Founder Director of YouUbuntu.
He is committed to the intent that we are truly empowered only when we empower each another. Satyashiv's work is devoted to facilitating the realization that humanity is an inter-dependent phenomenon, and our well-being - as people, communities, families and planet - is intertwined. Thus, his vision is to inculcate the paradigm of YouUbuntu through the maxim, “I am because we are".
Satyashiv's work is a part of his own growth. Through YouUbuntu, Satyashiv connects with people and their ecosystems: learning about them, their culture, values, strengths and aspirations. He integrates positive psychology, metaphysics, organisational development and coaching to develop and deliver programs that evoke higher order thinking and action that serve the greater good while meeting individual and collective needs.
Satyashiv holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Anthropology, and a Master's degree in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University, USA. He has studied the Science of Coaching Psychology at Harvard University, is certified in Appreciative Inquiry, and is an Advanced Practitioner of the Polarity Approach to Continuity & Transformation.

Oona founded Art for Self-Reliance (ASR) in 2007 while she was an undergraduate students in Mumbai styling Psychology. ASR designed programs within the aftercare system to guide healing through sustainable skills and opportunities in art and fabrication, enabling individual empowerment.
In her second avatar, she works with art organizations to articulate and leverage their vision and design their operations. Oona is inspired by leveraging creativity in the service of self and others, along with expanding the influence of art as a channel of abundance and well-being. She believes that art and artists can be made accessible by re-constructing the definition and intent of self-expression itself. Oona is a practicing artist and an art professional. Her practice encompasses ‘gestural abstract’ painting and she has showcased her work in the US, Italy, China and India. Her work can be viewed at oonadmello.com
She has also served on the board of the Wilson Bridge Mosaic and was Board President for the Open Wall Gallery for the 47th Alderman Ward in the city of Chicago and currently serves as an advisory board member for YouUbuntu Foundation. She has been involved in various Chicago Public Schools and community-based public projects. Oona holds two Bachelor Degrees, the first being in Psychology from Mumbai University, and the second in Fine Arts from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). Additionally, in service of the development of art organizations, she holds a Master’s of Science in Positive Organizational Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio.
In addition to the above, and to deepening her artistic practices, Oona’s attention is on creating frameworks that support artists and help art organizations create structures of efficiency, and innovation at the level of the individual, organization and community through learning art entrepreneurship.
