Aimed at enabling and expanding our understanding of Diversity to create an inclusive inner narrative and external culture, we bring to you The Diversity of Thought Project.


Diversity of Thought is emerging as pivotal to innovation, relationships and collective success in the workplace. This deep dive program cultivates the following:

- Perspectives and capacities that promote inclusive action

- Identifying one's own Diversity of Thought

- How Diversity of Thought shows up in the workplace

- The necessary tools to leverage interpersonal Diversity of Thought

- The role of the system and its benefits


This is a 4 session program | Covered over 4 weeks (every Thursday) Total of 14 learning hours
